PHYSICAL PROPERTY - DCTC is a HOA in a professionally managed gated community of 70 acres with 350 condominiums consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom units. The clubhouse complex includes a large screen TV, library, fitness room...and free access to wireless Internet service.
OUR COMMUNITY - During a recent survey, our residents were asked what they liked best about Deep Canyon Tennis Club (DCTC). According to the survey results, congeniality of the people and the friendly atmosphere was number one. Close behind was the tennis quality and availability (both courts and players). Landscaping and the extensive green areas came in third followed by location (proximity to attractions, and activities) and club social activities tying for fourth. If tennis is your game, DCTC is the place to come!
LOCATION - Palm Desert is located about 20-minutes from the Palm Springs Airport and 12-minutes from the I-10 Freeway. DCTC is on Route 74 to San Diego just one mile south of Highway 111 and the center of Palm Desert. El Paseo, Westfield Shopping Mall, Living Desert Museum, College of the Desert Street Fair and the McCallum Theater are within 2 miles of DCTC's front gate. A wide variety of cultural events are available in the Palm Desert community and the surrounding area.
